Frida Kahlo Community Mosaic

An 8,000-tile mosaic portrait of Frida Kahlo created with disabled artists and community participants at Artizan International, Harrogate. Developed over three months, the project combined mosaic making, creative learning and collaborative design. The finished installation was unveiled in Artizan’s shop window alongside artwork, prints and handmade objects created by the artists, celebrating creativity, visibility and the value of inclusive arts practice.
